The Doable result can be one of the following:

  • Yes—It is possible without affecting your health.
  • Possible—It is possible, but achieving within the timeline is unhealthy. You might want to increase your timeline.
  • Impossible—It is impossible to achieve. The amount of calories consumed will not exceed your basal metabolic rate (BMR), the minimum number of calories you need to sustain your life.
