The lean body mass (LBM) calculator is a simple tool for estimating an individual's lean body mass based on equations that require only basic information such as sex, age, height, and weight.
Lean body mass or lean body weight is the weight of your body without body fat or adipose tissue. It includes the weight of all organs, including the brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, skin, and everything else except body fat.[1]
